• Identifying properties with maximum return potential through relationships with selling agents and networking groups. 

• Making offers that are below market value, taking into consideration renovating costs including the deposit, refurbishment, legal fees and cost of money (interest) .

• Refurbishing the property to a high standard to ensure that the maximum market value is achieved through revaluation. 

• Mortgaging /Remortgaging the property to release increased equity and returns to investors with the agreed interest.
